  3. Go to the same place every time you do this method


In my case, if the weather is nice, I go to the small park in front of my apartment and sit down there to read and drink coffee.


The upside of this method is that you focus on reading with some coffee breaks so that you do not even think about how hard it is to spend non-digital time.

I stated this is one of the easiest methods and it is so because the human being is bad at focusing on multiple things at once.


If you force yourself to focus on reading, then it will be much easier not to think about your phone or social media timeline.


This routine will also help you to stay away from social media., so if you have a problem with handling the time you spend on social media, this method will be worth trying.


Some may say "Well, I can not focus on digital detox because I always have my phone."
