  Staying away from social media looks like they’re easy, but actually, it is very difficult because social media is structured to be addictive, so we are the ones who after consciously away from social media. What is digital fatigue and how to avoid it?

Then why are you spending your time in front of the computer, the more you get tired. Let's take a look at the symptom called digital fatigue and how to avoid it. What is digital fatigue? This is the exhaustion that is caused by overusing digital devices, especially switching around the screens and apps. I personally think this is very dangerous because this happens to me sometimes and I tried to stay away from digital devices with a strong consciousness. Why is it so hard for me to throw things away?

Minimalism is cleaning, and cleaning is minimalism. This time, the focus is throwing things away which may be really difficult for some people. In this blog post, I would like to share with you my own minimalist strategy called " The Warehouse Strategy ". Why is it so hard for me to throw things away? I have no scientific data to prove this but, based on my experience I think the reason why it is difficult to throw things away for most people is because of the psychological attachment to the things that you own . What is it like to be an extreme minimalist; pros and cons

  Some of my friends ask me what it's like to be an extreme minimalist. I see myself as a minimalist who is almost at the extreme level as you can see in the fact that I don't use a drying machine anymore for more than two years . I am having "meeting fatigue" now. I need to rest.

I AM SO TIRED. At the end of last week, all of sudden, I felt extreme fatigue that I had never experienced before; that was absolutely so-called  meeting fatigue . What happened to me? If you are with a person who can make you very uncomfortable, you may get tired easily, if you spend time with a person you feel comfortable with, you will feel energised and motivated. If you don't know how to choose your friends or people to be with, here are the three features of a person that I think it's comfortable to be with. The advice that I can suggest to you on how to deal with the people you don't like is that before you start disliking them, you can carefully look at how a person behaves so that you can avoid the future negative emotion towards that person.
